As different parts like fixtures, gauges and
tools in tools manufacturing unit need heat treatment, the tools heat treatment
workshop with, Degussa Furnaces technology, performs preheating, hardening and
tempering cycles on different types of steels.
These furnaces are heated using electrical energy and are equipped with suitable
ventilation systems in order to meet the environmental requirements.

Heat treatment workshop of tools unit has the
facilities for quenching in different environments with different speeds
including: quench salt, oil, water (hot and cold) and air. Besides its daily
activities, this workshop offers Contractorship services.
